This is a defining moment.

This is the first step toward a more energetic, healthier, version of you.

This is the first step toward being a Fit Sports Dad.

Today you’re going to define your life, instead of allowing a lack of time, a lack of energy and a lack of motivation define it for you.

You’re going to take control of your Time to exercise.

Take control of your Energy level.

Take control of your Motivation to get and stay in shape.

Don’t let those three measly things keep you from being the kind of Sports Dad you want to be. The kind of active and engaged dad your kids deserve. The kind of confident man your wife or significant other desires. The kind of healthy example you want to set for your kids.

Let’s Do This
Are you ready for this? Because if you’re ready to commit to this program, I’m confident that you will see and feel awesome results and become a Fit Sports Dad.

Here’s how we’re going to do it. (Yep, I’m doing the same program with you.)

Conquer A Lack Of Time with the “Can You 24?” 2-Disc DVD Workout System from AdvoCare. The program features 7 different full-body, interval workouts that are each – here’s the key – 24 minutes short. Seriously, TWO…FOUR. 24 minutes a day is it! AND the workouts don’t require any equipment.

A cool ColorTrack tool lets you customize the workout to your fitness level: beginner, intermediate or advanced. So you get to set your own pace and intensity during every workout. It’s really simple too. At the start of each exercise, there’s a color bar chart at the bottom of the screen. When the white part of the chart is filled in, beginners can stop and rest. When the blue section is full, the intermediate level can stop and rest. And the red section is for the advanced people who want to push it longer and get less rest before the next workout. If you’re advanced, you’ll only get 10 seconds of rest.

The main reason I’m so pumped about this workout program is because it’s something my wife (Kim) and I are doing together. I love my busy life as a Sports Dad, but one thing that I really miss is more quality time with my wife. Kim and I just don’t get to spend as much time together as we would like to.

You know how it is. When you have kids, they become the center of your life. Date nights are few and far between. Doing this workout together will give us some fun camaraderie, and knowing us, some friendly competition as well. :>) It will essentially accomplish two great things at once: Improve our health and fitness level and help us spend quality time together.

I think it will be an awesome thing for us and bring us even closer. I hope you find it’s something you and your wife can enjoy together as well.

As I write this post, I received our DVDs a couple days ago and Kim and I have done the first 24-minute workout. I’ll be honest. Since I’m in good shape right now, before I tried the workout I was a little worried that it would be a little cheesy or weak. You know, how tough can a 24-minute workout be? But it’s no joke. It can be as tough or as easy as you want. I started sweating about 6 minutes in and didn’t stop until 10 minutes after we finished. It was a great full body workout that pushed me to my limits. (I did the advanced version.) I can’t wait to try them all!

AdvoCare Spark Fit Sports DadConquer A Lack Of Energy with a SPARK. It’s the remedy for not having the energy to workout, or the energy to play with your kids, or even focus at work.

SPARK is referred to as “The most nutritionally advanced energy drink on the market.” But I just know it as, “Awesome.” SPARK has changed the way I function and I’m confident it will do the same for you. It’s AdvoCare’s most popular product for a reason. It’s also Kim’s favorite product and she was a total skeptic at first.

SPARK will give you awesome focused energy throughout the workday (without jitters or a crash). It’ll give you the energy you need to play with your kids or workout when you get home from work or right when you wake up. SPARK also tastes great! Some of the flavors remind me of Kool-Aid. (But SPARK is sugar free.)

SPARK got me off a habit of 5-7 cups of coffee a day. Instead I have one or two vitamin-packed SPARKs and they keep me energized and focused all day. They can do the same for you.

If You Really Want To Give A Lack Of Energy A Swift Kick In The Nards I recommend the 24-Day Challenge to jumpstart your weight loss and metabolism.

The first 10 days are part of the Cleanse Phase. It cleans out the toxins in your body and prepares it for optimal nutrient absorption. Days 11-24 are part of the Max Phase. That’s when you’ll give your body the best tools and nutrients to reach your weight-management and energy goals.

Don’t let the word “cleanse” scare you. As I write this, I’m on day #4 of the Cleanse Phase and I feel great. It doesn’t mess with your stomach or digestion or anything. (In other words, you won’t spend any extra time on the crapper. :>) And the key to the cleanse is that you need to eat lean proteins, fruits and vegetables with it to fuel your body. This cleanse isn’t meant to deprive your body of food and nutrients.

Conquer A Lack Of Motivation with your built in support system of other Sports Dads in the Fit Sports Dad Facebook Group. If you haven’t yet, click here to join!

There really is strength in numbers. In the group, we’ll help motivate each other by:

  • Holding each other accountable
  • Asking questions without fear of being judged
  • Sharing awesome healthy recipes
  • Having some friendly competitions and challenges
  • Giving each other virtual fist bumps
  • Posting tips on how to eat healthy while on the go or on the road
  • Bragging about recent health and fitness accomplishments
  • Supporting each other, one small success at a time

Start A Healthy Life Cycle
One thing I’ve found is that working out, eating healthy, taking the right supplements and seeing/feeling results all form a healthy cycle that fuels itself and also helps motivate you.

When you get healthy supplements, you want to workout to see if they really work. When you workout, you want to eat healthy because you don’t want your workout to be all for nothing. When you eat healthy, you feel more like working out so you can achieve results. When you combine a healthy diet, the right supplements and a consistent workout, you’ll see and feel results quickly. Once you start to see and feel the early results, you’ll get pumped to keep it going!

AdvoBar Meal Fit Sports DadSome Of My Other Favorites
As a constantly on-the-go Sports Dad, the AdvoBars (Meal and Snack) have saved me many times from raiding a vending machine, eating dinner at a concession stand or being starved when I get home after one of the boys’ practices and then over eating.

If you’re just getting back into working out, or you’re 30+ years old (like me), I’d also recommend the Nighttime Recovery. It really helps reduce muscle soreness the days after a hard or new workout.

AdvoCare Logo Fit Sports DadWhat Is AdvoCare?
If you’re wondering what kind of company AdvoCare is and what kind of products they produce, you’re not alone. Even though 2013 is AdvoCare’s 20th year in business, up until seven months ago, I had never heard of AdvoCare before in my life. Now, after using a handful of their products, I’m in the best shape of my life and I want to help you do the same.

Blow Past Fitness Plateaus
I’ve always worked out and exercised. Problem was, I felt like I was in an endless fitness plateau. I switched workouts, tried other nutritional supplements and protein powders in the past, but I never felt like I was getting anywhere. Because I wasn’t.

Until a friend recommended AdvoCare to me.  Since I’ve been using AdvoCare products, I’ve blown past my seemingly endless plateau!

That’s why I’m so excited to share these products with you. Because I know they work. I personally use every product that I’ve listed here. I know how great they make me feel. And I know they offer a great solution for you, too!

That’s why I became an AdvoCare Distributor. I want other Sports Dads like you to benefit from these awesome products the way I have.

While On The Fit Sports Dad Program You Will:

  • See and feel results quickly
  • Be able to consistently get in a realistic, 24-minute workout (That’s less than one crappy TV show.)
  • Have the energy to workout
  • Decrease your body fat
  • Add lean muscle
  • Have more energy to play with your kids
  • Get optimal, world-class nutrition that makes your body feel great
  • Increase your self confidence
  • Be the kind of healthy role model you want to be for your kids
