They never tell you how hard becoming a parent is going to be. Well, some people do, though until you actually become a parent, you never really understand it. I learned very quickly with my three kids that juggling parenting plus running a business can be a challenge, but I never imagined how much the health of my daughter would be a game changer.
There are so many reasons why my daughter is a rockstar! She’s only seven, but she’s been through so much more than many go through in their entire lives – surgeries, procedures, and other challenges that make me the proudest dad on the planet to see her continue to thrive. Since we have other children who aren’t GF and we want our daughter to live as normal a life as possible, it’s become so important to create GF versions of our daughter’s favorite foods.
